ABOUT

Justina Grant

FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT

I've spent my career learning how reputation actually gets built, and why good work so often goes unnoticed without it.

I've led sales and marketing teams, built a community relations department from the ground up, and served on nonprofit boards across New Mexico. National brands, local businesses, community organizations.

J Migdonia Group is where I put that to work. I help companies sharpen how they're positioned, and I help the people being evaluated right alongside them become known for what they actually do. Plenty of people can get noticed. Fewer can get taken seriously.

Outside of work, I'm fueled by travel, community, and the kind of conversations that lead to new ideas. And I'm unapologetically obsessed with my little sister.

WHAT SHAPED THE WORK

A perspective built from more than one side of the business.

The roles changed. The pattern didn't. Reputation gets built on purpose, or it gets built without you.

A Revenue Lens

I started in media sales and grew into leading the department, selling B2B sponsorships and fundraising sponsorships through board service and events. More than $400,000 closed across those roles, and a sales team that ranked sixth nationally.

A Brand Lens

Then I moved in-house as a director, closing the gap between a company's reputation and how it actually showed up: a new look, a new website, earned media, and a real presence in the community.

A Visibility Lens

Media, public speaking, and community leadership. Thought leadership requires a defined point of view, sustained visibility, and the discipline to stay in front of the right audiences.
